Weekly E-Mail Newsletter

Each week, we send out an e-mail announcement about our Thursday program, usually including comments and quotes about mindfulness in daily life. (Links to the three most recent Dharma Topic announcements are listed in the right-hand column.) We also send out occasional announcements about our classes, workshops, and retreats, as well as information about other local, national, and international events related to mindfulness practice. The only required field is your email address, but your name and location help us keep track of whom we are serving.
