The Still Water Silver Spring Mindfulness Practice Evening takes place online each Thursday.
We begin at 7:00 pm with 30 minutes of sitting meditation, followed by a short break, a welcome and introductions, and a 15 minute presentation by an experienced community member about one aspect of mindful daily living. After the presentation we have Dharma Sharing —an opportunity to benefit from each other’s insights and experiences with the practice. After a wrap-up and announcements, the evening ends between 8:35 and 8:45 pm.
The evening is open to all. You are invited to join us whenever you can. To participate, please register and a link will be sent to you. (Please save the link as it is ongoing.)
