Takoma Park Morning Meditation

The Still Water Takoma Park group meets online on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7:35 - 8:40 am to enjoy sitting meditation, walking meditation, introductions, a mindfulness reading, and Dharma sharing. Visitors and new members are welcome.
