The Still Water Columbia group meets on Zoom on Sunday evenings from 6:30 – 8:00 pm Eastern Time for sitting and walking meditation; introductions; a short program which may be a talk, a guided meditation, or a presentation; and Dharma sharing. Dharma sharing is a chance for us to share our experiences of bringing mindfulness into our lives, families, work, and society.

On the third Sunday of each month, the group meets simultaneously on Zoom and in person at the Yoga Center of Columbia (8950 State Route 108, Suite 109, Columbia, MD 21045). If you would like to join us in person, text Barbra ahead of time at 410-499-1986, and she will send you the code to enter at the keypad at the door of the building. Please be prepared to sign a paper that says you are vaccinated against Covid, as this is the Yoga Center’s policy.
On the second Sunday of each month, we recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings and focus our discussion on one of the trainings.
