Sat, October 17, 9:00 am – Sat, October 17, 3:30 pm

Many of us take little time in our daily lives to come back to ourselves. We are focused on schedules and tasks, and on meeting other people's needs. A day of practice allows us to refresh ourselves and to more deeply experience the flow of life around and through us.

Our Day of Practice will be led by Scott Schang, Tim McCormack, and Connie Anderson, of the Still Water Mindfulness Practice Center, and will take place in the Octagon at Blueberry Gardens in Ashton, Maryland. Our tentative program is below.

The suggested dana (donation) is $40-$70. Dana is a gift from the heart that supports the community and the teachings. Please feel free to contribute less or more according to your circumstances.

Please also bring a vegetarian dish to share as well as a plate, utensils, napkin, and cup for yourself.

Blueberry Gardens is about 13 miles from Crossings in Silver Spring and also 13 miles from the Columbia Yoga Center in Columbia. We will facilitate the formation of car pools to make the drive more enjoyable and to reduce gas consumption.

Register now. If you have questions, please please contact our registrar, Gene Klinger: or (301) 260-1635. For directions to Blueberry Gardens, go to

We hope you can join us. Please pass this notice on to friends or groups you think might be interested in practicing with us.
