Sangha Contemplando una Flor de Loto — Spanish-Speaking Practice at Silver Spring Library
El grupo de español de Still Water MPC (Sangha Contemplando una Flor de Loto) se reúne el primer y tercer miércoles de cada mes de 7pm a 8:30pm en la biblioteca de Silver Spring (900 Wayne Avenue), salón de conferencias #301. Practicamos meditación (sentada y caminada), y compartimos del dharma. Todo es hablado en español y todos son bienvenidos. The Still Water Spanish-Speaking group (Sangha Contemplando una Flor de Loto) meets on the first and third Wednesdays of the month from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at the Silver Spring Library, 900 Wayne Avenue, in conference room 301. We practice sitting meditation, walking meditation, and Dharma sharing. Everything is spoken in Spanish, and everyone is warmly invited to join us.
